Attorney Erin Winkles

Erin Winkles joined the firm in 2018 as an associate attorney, focusing her practice on family law, guardianship, real estate, business planning, and civil litigation.

Erin has spent much of her life travelling the world.  She received her first Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, San Diego.  She then went on to study at Stirling University in Scotland, where she obtained an MBA in Corporate Finance.  From there she graduated from University College London in England with her law degree, following this up with a Masters in Law from the University of Oxford, St. Hugh’s College and a Masters in Business Law from the University of Hull in England.  

Erin graduated at the top of her class in law school and is the winner of numerous awards including the SJ Berwin Prize for Highest Overall Achievement, the Webber Award and the Andrews Prize.  Her dissertation on Crime and Criminal Justice scored higher than any other student in the prior 5 years of study.  She is a co-author of published work, “Urbanization in Oregon: Goal 14 and the Urban Growth Boundary.”  Erin speaks several languages including Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.

Erin is a member of the Washington Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in Washington state courts.  She is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust section of the WSBA.

Erin lives in Longview with her partner Rick and their son Colin.
