Bart joined the firm in 2011 after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable David W. Gratton at the Idaho Court of Appeals in Boise, Idaho.  He became a partner of the firm in 2015.  Bart’s practice emphasizes personal injury, business planning, civil litigation, estate planning, probate, real estate, and bankruptcy.

 

Bart grew up on a potato farm in Rexburg, Idaho, where he learned the value of hard work.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree in English with an emphasis on Professional Writing from Brigham Young University-Idaho.  Bart graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2008.  During law school, Bart interned with the Washington State Senate Committee Services in Olympia.

 

Bart is a member of the Washington and Idaho State Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the Washington state courts, as well as the United States District Court, Western District of Washington (federal court).  Bart has previously served as the President of the Lewis County Bar Association, as well as on the Board of Directors for Lewis County Bar Legal Aid.  He is a member of the business law and litigation sections of the WSBA.

 

Bart is very active in his community and previously served as a member of the Centralia City Council.

 

Bart is married to Rebecca and together they have six beautiful daughters.  Bart enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his family, and is very involved in his church.
