Joe joined the firm in 1977 from the Lewis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, where he held the position of Senior Trial Deputy. He has served as Centralia Municipal Court Judge for eight years and now sits as a pro-tem trial judge in Chehalis Municipal Court, as well as other Lewis County courts. Joe is an Eagle member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and is active in community affairs and Little League baseball. He is an experienced scuba diver. He is also the past President of the Lewis County Bar Association, was an instructor at Centralia College, and serves as chairman of the Civil Service Commission. After graduating from Munich American High School in Germany, Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington in 1969. Joe served two years as an officer in the United States Army Adjutant General Corps and then received his Juris Doctor with honors at the University of San Fransisco in 1974. Joe has two children, Danielle and Joey and lives with his wife, Ceci, in Chehalis.
