Bart Ricks graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2008. During law school, Bart interned with the Washington State Senate Committee Services in Olympia. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Bart served as a law clerk for Chief Judge David W. Gratton at the Idaho Court of Appeals in Boise, Idaho.
Bart is a member of the Washington and Idaho State Bar Associations, the Lewis County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the Washington state courts, as well as the United States District Court, Western District of Washington (federal court). Bart’s practice emphasizes general civil litigation, employment law, business planning, estate planning and probate, as well as criminal defense.
Bart grew up on a potato farm in Rexburg, Idaho, where he learned the value of hard work. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in English with an emphasis on Professional Writing from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Bart is married to Rebecca and together they have four beautiful daughters, Emma, Mercedes, Paige, and Jane. Bart enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his family, and is very involved in his church.
